After serving for four years as a volunteer in the youth department at Grace Point, in 2008 Nate accepted the full-time position of Director of Youth Ministries which involves coordinating all activities for teens in grades 7-12.

A son of missionary parents, Nate spent the first 18 years of his life in Ecuador. He became a Christian at an early age but as a teenager he went through a difficult period in which he felt his life lacked purpose. As a senior in high school, he recommitted himself to Christ. Keith Green’s biography has had a big impact on Nate’s faith. He spent two years at Liberty University and is currently completing a degree in Bible and youth ministries at Philadelphia Biblical University.

Nate feels a great responsibility because Grace Point’s children and youth are its future. “You want a good solid foundation,” he says, “so you want to instill biblical principles in them early.”

Nate and Jendi were married in August of 2009.
